
This project is being accomplished by bfz Bildungsforschung.If job training providers are to successfully meet their clients’ needs and remain viable in a diversified market, they must offer tailor made job training services and programs. To do this, these providers must create a business culture that is conducive to organizational and human resources development. The “Job training providers in the information society” project aims to achieve this goal by elaborating and evaluating strategies for the implementation of innovative job training services and the consequent organizational and human resources infrastructure models.
Innovative job training services, new marketing and financing strategies, and new collaborative structures that promote a high level of client involvement and networking amongst regional businesses will be elaborated on the basis of new approaches to knowledge management structures, product development and human and organizational development. The project will be piloted as an integrated model whose outcomes will be analyzed and assessed.
