Demographic changes require that older employees work longer (retirement at 67). At the same time, a shortage of young, qualified staff is already being felt in several fields. In order to ensure sustainability over the lifetime of the project and beyond, key people within the companies are involved and trained in the project process. So that other companies can benefit from the project, the methods and results in terms of good practice are made available in the form of guides and publications.
