By 2010, the courses provided at German universities will be adapted to the new bachelor’s and master’s system. As a result, academic continuing education will face new challenges.  Companies will be able to integrate practically-orientated courses into their training and continuing education.

f-bb is trying out new forms of institutional cooperation between the worlds of business and academia. The requirements of new target groups for continuing academic education without the requirement of university entrance qualifications are increasing. A vocational master’s course in “organisational and personnel development” is being run in cooperation with Erlangen-Nuremberg University.
